Spa Environment Policy
Silence all cell phones and take calls before or after services.
Make sure you gather all of your belongings before exiting our spas. We are not responsible for any left items.
Cancellation Policy
Arriving 10 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time may result in modified or cancelled services.
Walk in appointments are always welcome but not guaranteed services depending on our availability. We highly recommend booking appointments in advance.
Nails Services Policy
We encourage all to allow minimum 10-15 minutes of drying time for your regular polish manicure and pedicure services.
We have a five day guarantee on all our shellac polish services. If you experience any chipping within this time frame, we will do a complimentary repair.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available online through our website or by visiting any of our spa locations. They can be used for any of our services(except hair). Any gift cards lost, stolen or used without authorization, will not be replaced. They cannot be redeemed as cash and are non refundable.
